CRM Campaign Expert

Your key responsibilities will be: 

 

  • Develop comprehensive CRM campaign strategies aligned with business goals and target audience insights. 

  • Building a campaign process in the CRM & Loyalty area. 

  • Ensure proper targeting logic and automation flows are set up accurately based on segmentation, propensity and purchase behaviour. 

  • Define campaign objectives, KPIs, messaging frameworks, and channel mix. 

  • Lead endtoend campaign development across CRM channels (newsletter, sms, mobile push, app, web). 

  • Support continuous improvement of CRM processes, targeting quality and campaign delivery standards. 

  • Foster strong collaboration with sales, product, customer success teams and external partners to ensure alignment. 

  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and dashboards. 

  • Lead the Test & Learn agenda for CRM and loyalty offers — design hypotheses, segmentation, control groups and success criteria. 

  • Identify opportunities for optimization and implement datadriven improvements. 

  • Stay up to date with marketing trends, tools, and best practices. 

 

Skills and experience we are looking for: 

 

  • At least 2–4 years of experience in direct marketing, CRM execution, email marketing or marketing automation. 

  • Hands-on experience with CRM, email marketing or automation tools (e.g., Synerise, Salesforce, Braze, Adobe Campaign, HubSpot). 

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or technical field. 

  • Fluent in English (written and verbal) for preparing content, QA, reporting and cross-team communication. 

  • Strong understanding of segmentation, personalisation and campaign targeting principles. 

  • Skills in campaign analytics: measuring performance, interpreting KPIs and identifying insights. 

  • Basic copywriting ability for subject lines, snippets and short-form messaging. 

  • High attention to detail with strong QA discipline and operational accuracy. 

  • Good communication and collaboration skills across marketing, CRM and analytics teams. 

  • Understanding of GDPR, data privacy rules and compliant customer communication practices.
