Integration Architect
Job Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining an integration strategy aligned with the organization's business objectives and technology roadmap;
- Identifying integration opportunities and establishing integration priorities based on business needs and system dependencies;
- Designing integration solutions that facilitate seamless communication and data exchange between disparate systems, both on-premise and in the cloud, leveraging SOA principles such as loose coupling and service reusability;
- Developing integration architectures that promote scalability, flexibility, and maintainability while adhering to industry best practices and standards;
- Evaluating and selecting appropriate integration technologies, middleware, and platforms based on project requirements, system capabilities, and organizational standards;
- Leading the implementation of integration solutions, collaborating with development teams to ensure adherence to architectural guidelines and design principles;
- Providing technical guidance and support to development teams during the implementation phase, including code reviews and troubleshooting;
- Collaborating with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to gather requirements, define integration use cases, and prioritize integration initiatives;
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance integration processes, methodologies, and tools, leveraging feedback and lessons learned from past projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in IT or related;
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar position;
- Very good knowledge about:
- Integration Architecture,
- Integration Design and Development Solution Architecture,
- Software AG WebMethods software platforms,
- SOA Web Services (SOAP, REST), Middleware,
- Software development lifecycles/methodologies,
- Strong technical knowledge and practical experience of all integration types including Batch integration, Real time integration including SOA and API and Event integration;
- Decision making ability in volatile and changing environment;
- Good communication skills on Business level (synthesis, business case building, etc.);
- English – C1.
