Your responsibilities:
- Preparing and analyzing reports for the Division Planning Department,
- Analyzing weekly/monthly reports and providing conclusions to Head of Sales and Demand Planning
- Striving to constantly improve existing reports,
- Giving conclusions and recommendations coming from analysis,
- Responsibility for ad-hoc analysis requirements,
- Providing insights on opportunity and risk for sales mix discussion,
- Attending planning sessions (at least 1 of each type per season in selected department),
- Challenging Merchandise Planners and Buyers on validity of assortment, highlighting risk and opportunity,
- Interpreting country planning data and distilling information to shape assortment and demand strategy,
- Facilitating S&OP process within division,
- Demonstrating Pepco Values
Our requirements:
- At least Bachelor's degree (Preferably economics, product, production management, mathematics, trade, logistics),
- 2-3 years merchandise planning experience preferred,
- PC literacy – Excel essential; Word, Power Point –very good,
- Visio/VBA/Macro scripts desired,
- Power BI essential,
- English – min B2,
- Retail orientation.
