Key responsibilities:
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives;
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for IT Finance Product initiatives;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into detailed requirement specifications;
- Conduct system and process analysis, recommending improvements to optimize efficiency;
- Manage requirements traceability and work closely with IT and development teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements, overseeing the full lifecycle from design through testing and implementation;
- Create test cases based on approved business requirements and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT);
- Provide training to end-users when required;
- Maintain documentation, including business requirements (ADO), process maps, sequence diagrams, and requirement traceability matrix;
- Actively participate in the Finance Product area and act as the go-to person for Finance IT systems.
Requirements:
- Higher education (degree preferred) in Business, IT, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience;
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, preferably within IT Finance Product areas;
- Strong understanding of corporate finance processes and IT systems such as ERP, Procurement Management, and Expenses Management;
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools including Visio and Azure DevOps;
- Experience with business analysis notations such as UML and BPMN;
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies;
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team;
- Fluent English – must have;
- Job location is Poznań Head Office, with an onsite presence required three days per week.
