Allocation and Space Planning Manager - GM

Responsibilities
- Owning the company’s allocation and replenishment process to maximize store inventory productivity and ensure high product availability (including KVI and promo items).
- Overseeing stock-build for new stores, inter-DC transfers, and maintaining optimal in-store inventory levels aligned with demand forecasts.
- Providing accurate, up-to-date allocation plans in line with merchandise financial plans and reporting performance against targets.
- Driving store productivity through effective space management
- Ensuring store space allocation reflects strategy and store potential (sales floor & backroom), maintaining store capacity data, and conducting regular store visits across markets.
- Engaging cross-functionally, participating in key projects and initiating improvements to enhance allocation and space-related processes.
- Leading and mentoring the team by fostering continuous improvement, providing regular feedback and promoting a collaborative, change-ready culture.
Our Requierements:
- Master’s degree (preferably in Economics, Product/Production Management, Mathematics, Trade, or IT).
- Minimum 8 years of experience in retail, including at least 4 years in a managerial role.
- Proven ability to lead highly technical teams and manage senior stakeholders (including peers and executive level).
- Strong understanding of Planning & Allocation processes and systems.
- Solid leadership and project management capabilities, with strong business acumen.
- Confident decision-maker with a goal-oriented mindset and openness to change.
- Highly analytical, creative, and able to assess problems and propose effective solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with strong client orientation.
- Experience collaborating across multiple departments and driving cross-functional initiatives.
- Knowledge of planning tools (MFP, Assortment Planning, Allocation, Replenishment, Markdown).
- Experience with ERP systems, BI tools, and advanced MS Excel.
- Fluency in English (preferably C1).
