Allocation Team Leader

Miejsce pracy: 

Poznań, wielkopolskie, PL, 60-479

Key responsibilities:

 

  • Creating and proposing appropriate allocation guidelines for allocation products and ensuring proper execution
  • Control of critical default system functionalities ( default set up, leadtime,sales curves etc.),
  • Reporting and controling Allocation  KPIs (Availability Promo and Regulars, Store targets)
  • Managng team of allocators- recruitment, induction, development, progress, evaluation
  • Monitoring appropriate stock management in stores
  • Participating in projects and departmental or company initiatives
  • Cooperating with other departments- OPS, Logistic, Planning,
  • Coordinating and monitoring  seasonal actions / non-standard allocations with Logistic and Planning,
  • Reviewing and assuring new stores stock is created and picked on time within provided guidlines
  • Store visits

 

 

Our requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred fields of study: Economics, Product Management, Production Management, Mathematics, Trade, or Logistics).
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Experience in roles such as Business Analyst (Logistics / Supply Chain), Product/Store Planner, or Allocator will be considered an asset.
  • Solid understanding of the retail environment and operational processes.
  • Experience in team management.
  • Strong PC literacy: Excel – essential; Word and PowerPoint – good command.
  • English language proficiency at B2/C1 level.
  • High problem assessment and analytical thinking skills, high attention to detail, analytical mindset.
  • Strong team player with a high level of collaboration, ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Strong planning, organizing, and controlling skills.
  • Strong service orientation, good communication skills, confidence and decisiveness.
  • High stress tolerance and ability to work under pressure, learning agility and openness to change, adaptability.
